Transitional Supportive Housing & Permanent Supportive Housing

Our Transitional Supportive Housing and Permanent Supportive Housing programs provide safe, stable housing for individuals and families experiencing homelessness. These programs serve young adults ages 18–24 and adults 25 and older, helping participants build independence and long-term housing stability.

Participants receive not only housing but also personalized supportive services designed to help them achieve their goals and maintain stable housing.

Rapid Re-Housing (RRH)

Rapid Re-Housing (RRH) is designed to help individuals and families experiencing homelessness quickly move into permanent housing. This program provides short-term support and services to help remove barriers to housing and reduce the amount of time a person or family remains homeless.

Rapid Re-Housing connects participants to safe housing as quickly as possible while offering the support needed to maintain long-term stability.

Youth Homelessness Demonstration Program (YHDP)

The Youth Homelessness Demonstration Program (YHDP) is designed to reduce the number of young people experiencing homelessness by providing housing assistance and supportive services to youth ages 18–24.

This program focuses on helping young people quickly obtain housing while building the skills and support systems needed to maintain long-term housing stability and independence.
