The Ryan White Part C Program provides comprehensive outpatient primary care and early intervention services for people living with HIV/AIDS. Patients are offered support from the Ryan White Nurse Case Manager to help monitor their clinical progress and receive services.
CAPWN partners with the Nebraska Aids Project for case management services and are welcome to participate in a support group provided by NAP.
CAPWN is a testing site, providing community outreach services for patients who may have HIV, Hepatitis C, and various sexually transmitted infections, Hepatitis B & C treatment, and care. as well as linkage to care.

Eligibility is based on individual income with a Sliding Fee Scale that is specific to RWHAP guidelines and targets low-income, uninsured, and underserved populations.
