Diabetes and Healthy Eating” is the topic at the community educational event on Wednesday, Oct. 7, from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. at the Fire Hall Meeting Room on Main Street in Lyman

Presenters will be Phyllis Smith, Registered Nurse and Diabetic Educator, and Betty Kenyon, Registered Dietitian, of Community Action Partnership of Western Nebraska (formerly Panhandle Community Services).  Note the change of date and of location.

The program is particularly directed to persons with diabetes.  However, anyone from Lyman, Morrill, Torrington, or Mitchell wanting to know more about diabetes or about shopping is invited to attend.  For further information contact Phyllis at 308-633-3247 or Betty at-308-633-3223.
