New (non-pain) patients are seen on

an appointment basis. Please

call 632-2279 to schedule your

appointment. (see paperwork policy).

Emergency Care is available

Monday thru Friday, beginning at 7 a.m. and 1 p.m. Emergency care will be limited to the first 2 patients in the morning and the first 2 patients in the afternoon during these time periods.

Please note:

If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, it is regarded as a missed appointment. It is unlikely that you will be able to be seen the same day as a missed appointment.

Bring only those children who have appointments.

Unsupervised children may not be left in the waiting area.

To prevent the transmission of infectious diseases, only patients are allowed in the treatment area. We ask parents of minor children to remain in the waiting area.

If you cannot keep your appointment, please notify us immediately.

Individuals who break two appointments without 24 hours notice will only be seen on an emergency care basis.

Individuals who fail to show up for their appointment and who do not notify the dental clinic will be assessed a $20 no show fee.

Fees and Payments

Our goal is to offer affordable quality care for every patient.

Medicaid: We gladly accept Medicaid patients, both adults and children.

Private Insurance: All private insurance programs are accepted.

Sliding Discount: For individuals who have no insurance, services are available on a sliding discount basis according to family size and income. Click here to calculate your sliding discount.

Discounts: If you would like to know if you qualify for discounts please ask our receptionist for more information.

Payments: Payments are expected at the time of service. We accept cash, checks and credit cards.
