Scotts Bluff National Monument

Gering Bus Monitor: Assist in responsibility for safely transporting children to and from Head Start Centers, field trips and other activities in accordance to State and Federal regulations and Head Start Performance Standards.
Minimum Qualification: .Assist bus driver in ensuring that children are transported safely. Respectfully interact with children and parents .Must complete health physical upon entry to program and yearly health screenings. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Must be physically able to move about, lean across seats to buckle seat belts. Hearing must be at a level to hear and use a cell phone. Physically able to evacuate children from van/bus.
Pertinent Information:  A pre-employment drug test is required.

Minority Health Manager: Minimum Qualification: To provide leadership in administering the minority health grant, working with community partners, Minority Health Advisory committee and staff to assure the goals of the project are met in a manner which provides quality results for the patients and that on-going prevention and care programs are established and accessible to the minority population. Must be bilingual.

Minimum Qualification: High School diploma or GED, must obtain CDA certification within 24 months, proficient level of oral and written communication skills. Able to obtain CPR certification.
